Tianjin China Rubber Co., Ltd supplies high-purity virgin PTFE sheets and filled PTFE sheets with thickness ranging from 0.5mm to 300mm. These solid PTFE sheets provide outstanding chemical resistance, extremely low friction, and reliable performance from -180°C to +260°C with zero water absorption. They suit demanding applications such as slide plates, electrical insulators, wear pads, valve seats, and heavy structural components in chemical processing, food & pharmaceutical equipment, and mechanical engineering. Our expanded PTFE gasket sheet offers superior compressibility and conformability for flange sealing on uneven or damaged surfaces. Thickness options cover 0.5mm to 12mm.

Filled PTFE sheet - Adding fillers such as glass fiber, carbon, and bronze to pure PTFE resin enhances wear resistance, thermal conductivity, or compressive strength, making it suitable for bearings, seals, and sliding components requiring higher mechanical properties or lower wear.

Common filled PTFE variants we provide include:

  1. Glass-filled PTFE (typically 15–25% glass fiber): Significantly improves compressive strength, dimensional stability, and wear resistance while maintaining excellent chemical inertness. Ideal for bushings, valve seats, pump components, and applications involving moderate abrasion or pressure.
  2. Carbon-filled PTFE (5–25% carbon powder/fiber, often with graphite): Boosts thermal conductivity, reduces deformation under load, and enhances anti-wear properties in dry or high-speed sliding conditions. Suited for bearings, seals, and electrical/thermal management parts.
  3. Graphite-filled PTFE  (typically 5–15% graphite content, with 10% or 15% being the most common grades for balanced performance): This formulation primarily enhances lubricity and thermal properties while retaining PTFE's core strengths in chemical resistance and temperature stability., delivers cost-effective dry lubrication and reliable performance in applications demanding low friction over extreme wear resistance.
