PTFE Braided Packing

Xinda Sealing offers PTFE braided packings (including pure PTFE and filled PTFE) and graphite rope packing.

PTFE gland rope material is meticulously braided from PTFE filaments impregnated with inert silicate lubricants, yielding a resilient ptfe gland rope that self-adjusts under axial compression to form a labyrinthine seal capable of withstanding radial eccentricities in multistage centrifugal compressors, thereby curtailing energy losses from fluid bypass during peak throughput phases. This ptfe gland rope configuration, integrates seamlessly into retrofit kits for legacy reciprocating compressors, where it mitigates stem scoring from abrasive particulates without necessitating oversized glands that amplify heat buildup.  PTFE gland rope is best for corrosive media and clean processes, offering low friction and non-contaminating sealing. Graphite rope packing withstands high temperatures and pressure, making it ideal for steam, thermal oil, and heavy-duty valves.
