Primary Industrial Filled PTFE Grade Formulations

1. Bronze-Filled PTFE (Bronze PTFE)
Compounded with 40% to 60% bronze powder to provide maximum compressive strength, high thermal conductivity, and extreme resistance to mechanical wear and deformation under heavy load.
2. Carbon-Filled PTFE (Carbon PTFE)
Reinforced with 15% to 25% high-purity carbon powder. Delivers excellent deformation resistance, improved creep strength, and static-dissipative antistatic properties.
3. Graphite-Filled PTFE (Graphite PTFE)
Blended with 15% to 20% fine graphite powder to achieve an ultra-low coefficient of friction, self-lubricating dry-running capabilities, and excellent shaft surface protection.
In addition to Bronze, Carbon, and Graphite, our factory compounding shop supports custom filler formulations (such as MoS2, or mineral fillers) upon request for specialized OEM projects.
