1. Carbon Graphite Filled PTFE (Black)

Carbon graphite filled ptfe combines exceptional wear resistance with enhanced thermal conductivity. The graphite acts as a solid lubricant to reduce friction, while carbon fiber improves structural strength.

Forms: Available in filled ptfe sheet, rod, and custom-cut gaskets.

Best For: Dynamic seals, compressor components, and high-speed sliding elements where heat dissipation is required.

2. Bronze Filled PTFE Sheet & Rod (Brown/Dark Brown)

Bronze filled ptfe sheet offers the highest compressive strength and thermal conductivity among reinforced grades. The metallic filler drastically increases load-bearing capacity and reduces "cold flow."

Forms: Heavy-duty bronze filled ptfe sheet, thick plates, and large diameter round bars.

Best For: Hydraulic wear plates, bearing pads, and structural support components in high-pressure, non-corrosive environments.

3. Glass Fiber Filled PTFE (White/Off-white)

Glass-filled PTFE improves stiffness and minimizes creep under constant load. It is the industry standard for chemical resistance combined with mechanical stability.
