 Carbon Filled PTFE 

Carbon filled PTFE rod is manufactured by molding and sintering PTFE resin blended with finely dispersed carbon particles. This composition enhances compressive strength, wear resistance, and dimensional stability, while retaining the superior self-lubricating and anti-corrosive nature of PTFE. Compared with virgin grades, carbon filled PTFE rod performs reliably under sustained pressure, elevated temperatures, and continuous motion.
