Extruded PTFE
Extruded PTFE is crafted by mixing virgin PTFE powder with a volatile lubricant, compacting it into a preform, and then extruding through heated nozzles to yield continuous, void-free extrusions that excel in cryogenic pump housings, withstanding liquid nitrogen flows without embrittlement. The extruded ptfe rod form offers diameters ranging from 5mm to 330mm, and we produced extruded PTFE tube, suited for crafting anti-seize bushings in conveyor systems where its ultra-low coefficient of friction halves motor torque demands during startup.
