Product Description

We produce thin thin PTFE sheet using advanced horizontal skiving technology from high-purity PTFE resin, consistently achieving thicknesses 0.5 mm and maintaining tight tolerance across the full range of 0.5 mm to 6 mm. Compared to compression-molded or ram-extruded sheets, skived thin thin PTFE sheet offers significantly better thickness uniformity, finer surface finish, and superior dimensional stability even in the ultra-thin range. This makes it the material of choice for applications where conventional PTFE sheets are either too thick or lack the required consistency.

  1. 1. Our factory produces thin PTFE sheets in various specifications.
  2. 2. Thickness: Up to 12 mm.
  3. 3. Width: Up to 2000 mm.
  4. 4. Thin PTFE sheets are available in standard grades, such as pure conventional PTFE and pure chemically modified PTFE.
