Gasket PTFE material is manufactured through both molded compression forming and precision skiving processes, ensuring dimensional stability and uniform structure across the sheet. Molded PTFE blocks provide dense and consistent raw material structure, while skived sheets allow for wide-width continuous rolls suitable for gasket cutting, sealing conversion, and industrial insulation applications.
PTFE offers outstanding chemical resistance against acids, alkalis, solvents, and aggressive media. Its low friction coefficient and non-stick surface make it an ideal material for static sealing components under demanding operating conditions.
