Our PTFE skived sheets are manufactured by first creating dense, fully sintered PTFE billets from 100% virgin resin or filled through precise high-temperature sintering. These sintered ptfe sheet billets are then carefully skived into thin, continuous sheets using advanced horizontal skiving equipment. This production method delivers outstanding thickness consistency, a remarkably smooth surface finish, and excellent physical properties even in very thin gauges — qualities that are difficult to achieve with other processing techniques.

Molded PTFE sheets are produced using high-pressure compression molding followed by controlled high-temperature sintering of pure virgin PTFE resin. This process creates a solid, high-density sintered ptfe sheet with uniform structure and excellent mechanical properties, especially in thicker dimensions. The result is a robust material that maintains its shape and strength under compressive loads, high temperatures, and long-term stress — making it the preferred choice for demanding structural and sealing applications.
