Our ptfe virgin sheet is manufactured through precision compression molding using only high-purity, unfilled virgin PTFE resin. This process creates a highly dense, homogeneous material structure with minimal internal voids, delivering exceptional mechanical performance compared to skived or extruded alternatives. Because it is produced by direct sintering under controlled pressure and temperature, the resulting ptfe virgin sheet exhibits higher tensile strength, superior compressive creep resistance, and better resistance to cold flow even under sustained heavy loads.
