Molded from high-purity PTFE resin under controlled pressure and temperature, polytetrafluoroethylene sheet in extra-thick dimensions (50 mm – 300 mm) are designed for demanding engineering and industrial applications. The compression molding process produces a dense, stress-free structure with excellent dimensional accuracy and high mechanical integrity. These thick polytetrafluoroethylene sheet exhibit exceptional resistance to almost all chemicals, low friction coefficient, and superior dielectric performance even under continuous high-temperature operation. Due to their rigidity and stability, they are widely used for machining large sealing blocks, insulators, bearings, valve seats, and components exposed to aggressive or high-pressure environments.
