Virgin PTFE sheet is manufactured from unfilled, high-purity PTFE resin through precision molding and sintering to achieve a dense, uniform structure. Or after turning, this is called skived sheet. The material provides excellent resistance to almost all chemicals, extreme temperature endurance, and outstanding dielectric strength, making it one of the most versatile fluoropolymers used in industrial engineering.
Its non-stick surface and extremely low coefficient of friction allow for reliable use in sealing, insulation, and anti-corrosion applications across chemical, food processing, and electronic industries. According to the virgin PTFE data sheet, it maintains stable performance from –180°C to +260°C, with minimal moisture absorption and excellent dimensional stability under pressure.
Available in a wide range of thicknesses and sizes, virgin PTFE sheet can be easily machined or skived to meet precise technical requirements for demanding environments.
