Filled polytetrafluoroethylene sheet PTFE rolls
High-quality virgin polytetrafluoroethylene sheet manufactured by precision skiving process. This polytetrafluoroethylene sheet offers outstanding chemical inertness, continuous service temperature from -180°C to +260°C, non-stick surface, and excellent dielectric properties. UV/weather resistant, virtually zero water absorption. Widely used for gaskets, seals, linings, slide bearings, electrical insulation and anti-corrosion applications.

Filled polytetrafluoroethylene sheet is precision skived from PTFE resin compounded with high-performance fillers. This filled version significantly improves mechanical strength, wear resistance, creep resistance, and load-bearing capacity compared to unfilled PTFE, while still retaining excellent chemical resistance and low friction properties. Filled PTFE is the preferred material when higher mechanical performance and durability under load are required.
