Our ptfe skived film is manufactured from high-purity virgin PTFE resin using an advanced skiving process, achieving very thin thicknesses between 0.02 mm and 0.08 mm. This ultra-thin PTFE film combines the classic advantages of PTFE — exceptional non-stick performance, chemical inertness, and electrical insulation — with excellent flexibility, conformability, and ease of wrapping or layering. Thanks to its minimal thickness and smooth surface, this material performs exceptionally well in applications that demand lightweight, high-release, or thin insulating layers.
