PTFE bushing is manufactured by compression molding high-purity PTFE resin into tubular blanks, followed by sintering to achieve uniform density and excellent mechanical integrity. The material’s low friction coefficient, outstanding chemical inertness, and thermal stability make it ideal for use as bearings, sleeve liners, valve seats, and insulating spacers in demanding mechanical and chemical systems. Compared with conventional plastic or metal bushings, ptfe bushing provides long service life without the need for additional lubrication.
