1. Aramid Fiber Packing

Made from high-tenacity aramid yarns braided into a dense, stable structure.

Strength & Wear Resistance:Highest mechanical strength among the three types; maintains shape under strong shaft pressure.

Temperature Handling:Reliable under continuous high-temperature operations.

Best Use Case:Ideal for slurry pumps, high-speed rotating equipment, and environments with heavy abrasive media.

2. PTFE Aramid Packing

Aramid fibers are uniformly impregnated with PTFE dispersion.

Lower Friction:PTFE surface greatly reduces heat build-up during operation.

Improved Chemical Resistance:More compatible with mild acids, weak alkalis, and corrosive fluids than pure aramid.

Best Use Case:General industrial pumps and valves requiring smooth operation and reduced wear on shafts or sleeves.

3. Black PTFE-Aramid Packing

A hybrid braid combining aramid strands with black PTFE-lubricated yarns.

Balanced Performance:Stronger than PTFE-coated aramid, smoother and more chemically stable than pure aramid.

Enhanced Heat Dissipation:The black PTFE lubricant provides better thermal stability and reduces glazing at high speeds.

Best Use Case:Chemical pumps, mixers, and process lines where both abrasion and corrosion resistance are required.
